Working alongside
three Tax Accountants, preparing clients documents and entering data in order
for their appointme
nts.
General
reception duties:
- Receptionist
duties including answering incoming calls & retrieval of phone
messages, mail (both incoming and outgoing), greeting clients and
attending to their needs, daily lodgement of files, diary management
including making bookings and sending SMS reminders, scanning and file
management - Day to
day bookkeeping functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,
Data Entry
Liaise with the
Australian Taxation office, external Accountants & financial institutions
on behalf of the Accountants and/or clients
Skills &
Experience:
- Prior
reception duties - Handisoft
software experience is preferred - Excellent
computer skills (Microsoft Office) - Ability
to work autonomously - Friendly
team player - Excellent
Communication Skills - Excellent
Customer Service Skills - Strong
Attention to Detail along with speed and accuracy - Strong
Organisational and time management skills - Ability
to work with minimum supervision
Hours of work each
day can be negotiated, giving you the perfect opportunity to build the ideal
