Job Description: To give quality service, both to
customers and colleagues. To provide a reception service to guests for
enquires, reservations, arrival and departure, accounts and cash handling, communication
systems, related administration and other customer assistance.

Required skills and experience: Being Multi-lingual is a requirement (English –
French) + at least one year of work experience preferably in the hotel industry
+ Computer Literate
Profiles required: 2 Housekeepers
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and
visual appeal of guest rooms and hotel area as well as ensuring that rooms
comply with company standards.

Job Description:
- Changing bed linens daily
- Vacuuming carpeting
- Dusting all furniture
- Cleaning the bathroom area including the
shower, sink, toilet, and floor - Ensuring that the room is stocked with
standard materials and meets all room set-up requirements - Reporting any facility damages or necessary
repairs in a timely fashion
Required skills and experience:
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping experience
preferred;

Should
possess great customer service skills and the ability to interact with the rest
of the hotel staff and guests in a friendly and service oriented manner.
