At least ten years experience in the sector directly or indirectly related to the Lot 7
At least five years work experience in the field of electoral observation and analysis. A prior experience as part of an EU Election Observation Mission or an EU Election Technical Assistance project, will be
considered an asset.
Familiarity with the legal and regulatory framework for the elections as well as international standards for democratic elections
Proven work experience on electoral legislation and good understanding of election dispute resolution mechanisms.
Excellent understanding of the functioning of election management bodies
Excellent understanding of Human Rights issues in the context of elections is an asset
Previous experience in the country and good networks within the different sectors of society in order to be immediately operational is a strong asset
