Job Title: Legal Associate
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess BL / LLB / JD qualification with 3-4 years work experience.
- Adequate experience with litigation. Good research skills.
- Assist in giving legal advice to clients as regards as regards their complaints.
- Review legal matters of clients and that of the company and work upon managing them efficiently.
- Assist in Drafting terms and conditions of company’s estate contracts, agreements and other documents with approval from the directors
- Knowledge of land document registration, filing of annual returns and other company secretary knowledge.
- Assist in Timely Drafting and execution of legal documentation such as land agreements, deed of assignments and contract of engagement.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
