Position overview:

The political parties have already started campaigning for the next
federal election, and our future will be decided by a few thousand
votes in a handful of swing ridings across the country.

A clear majority across Canada believe the Harper Conservatives are
moving the country in the wrong direction. If you’re like us, you want
our politicians to work together for a strong democracy, a fair
economy, and a clean environment.

Leadnow is looking for experienced organizers who can support
thousands of people as they vote together in the next federal election
for the best local candidate who can win, whether they are NDP,
Liberal, or Green, in order to defeat the Harper Conservatives and
build a movement to move Canada forward.

You’ll be joining a team to build on an organizing model that combines
large-scale citizen engagement and smart strategic campaigning
underscored by a commitment to continual improvement through
sophisticated testing and analytics.

crucial election, to help thousands of people work together to build a
better country, and to be a leading force in innovative campaigns on
