International activities with major trading banks, national insolvency
firms and financial institutions - Inbound
investment into distressed assets and increasing element of financial
investigation driven matters. - Insolvency
appointments including administrations and liquidations, restructuring
matters and asset recovery strategies - Exposure
to fund advising, predominantly around U.S. inbound investment with
distressed assets.
Requirements:
- Minimum
of 3 years post admission experience - Strong
background in insolvency matters within a top-tier or international firm - Bachelor
of Laws with strong academics
