  • Two
    Partner alignment; one widely represented across rating channels and
    an Accredited Specialist

    model will see you have significant solicitor / partner contact; allowing
    access and insight to matters that often is unavailable at this level
  • While
    stronger through employment and IR matters, you can expect some safety
    matters –employer orientated with occasional high-end executive level
    employee activity
  • On
    the front-end, included will be industrial relations and bargaining
    arrangements, workplace restructuring (including in support of corporate
    transactions from that significant team) and strategy and compliance
    advices
  • From
    a disputes angle, expect discrim and unfair dismissal claims to the
    Federal Court level, plus safety prosecutions
  • Diverse,
    topical client base including some atypical niches; government and
    government agencies in the mix
  • The
    strength of the firm’s insurance setting is having a positive flow-on into
    this group, covering an increasing stream of employment matters for major
    domestic / global insurers and providing advice on liability
  • The
    close Partner contact will allow you an opportunity to be recognised and
    make a clear impact
  • Coupling
    this with the merit based acknowledgement system with transparent metrics
    and a bi-annual review process, your continued progression (REM and title)
    will be in your hands
  • You’ll
    bring at least 3-5 years’ PAE in a mid-tier employment / WRS practice or
    recognised boutique and strong academics
  • Those
    at the Solicitor level (2-3+ yrs’) are also encouraged to get in touch
