- First
tier Practice and Employer of Choice having won numerous awards. - Regulated
and Unregulated M&A, Capital Raisings, Corporate Advisory, IT
Procurement. - Budget
of 7 billable hours. - Remuneration
$90,000 to $110,000. - To
be considered for this role you must currently have 2 -3 years post
admission experience in a mid to first tier practice.
#2 – ENERGY & RESOURCES (8 – 15 PAE) – NATIONAL
FIRM March 2015 start
- First
tier Partners. National E&R Team working for institutional blue chip
clients - You
will take a lead role in all transactions. - M&A
within the energy & resources sector; power and renewable energy
transactions; oil and gas work; corporate advisory; as well as
sophisticated commercial contracts including resources supply contracts
and procurement. - Remuneration
for this role is likely to be in the vicinity of $160K for a Junior SA
through to $225K for a Senior SA of 10+ PAE. - There
is no formal daily budget but 6.5 to 7.5 hours is typical when the
work is on with the occasional late night. - To
be considered for this role you must currently have 8 -15 years post
admission experience in a mid to first tier practice specialising in the
Energy & Resources sector.
#3 – CORPORATE | COMMERCIAL LAWYER (3 – 5 PAE) – NATIONAL FIRM
- First
tier Partners who are focused, approachable and committed to your ongoing
mentoring and development. - Corporate
asset disposals; Corporate Advisory and high level Commercial
Contracts drafting on behalf of institutional blue chip clients. - 6.5
hour budget. Work-life balance is possible with only an occasional
requirement for a 9:00pm finish. - Remuneration
$90,000 to $125,000 - To
be considered for this role you must currently have 3 -5 years post
admission experience in a to first tier practices.
#4 – CORPORATE | ENERGY & RESOURCES (2 – 4 PAE) – NATIONAL FIRM
- Feb
2015 start - First
tier Partners. 5 dynamic lawyers in this particular section enabling you
to become involved in all transactions. - IPO’s
on various first and second boards; private equity and equity capital
markets work; joint venture; farm-in and farm-out arrangements; M&A
within the energy & resources sector; power and renewable energy
transactions; corporate advisory; as well as sophisticated commercial
contracts including resources supply contracts and procurement. - This
particular Partner will pay leading market salaries on appointment, but
the true rewards come once you have had your feet under the desk for 6-12
months and proven yourself as he is renowned for his generosity. - Daily
budget of 6.5 hours and no expectation to be working late nights or
weekends. - To
be considered for this role you must currently have 2 -4 years post
admission experience in a mid to first tier practice.
