We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Team Member, Global Batch Operations

Location: Nigeria
Reporting Line: Functionally reports to: Head CBA Support

Responsibilities

  • To Provide 24X7X365 access to Finacle application to the entire UBA
  • Ensuring smooth running and availability of Finacle 24 x 7 for UBA.
  • EOD/EOM/EOY run on Finacle, Finnone, Fundtech
  • Ensure Daily Generation and transmission of SWIFT statement on daily basis
  • Ensure daily generation and transmission of E-statement to subscribers
  • COT and Credit interest run on Finacle
  • Ensure that ALL Finacle and csis services are up and running on 24 x 7 basis.
  • General parameter review and set up/modification
  • Scheme parameter set up, review and modification
  • Liaise with consultant on EOD/Processing issues
  • Business Office Sol creation and set-up

KPIs:

  • Timely release of system to users

Qualifications and Experience

  • BSC and other professional qualifications.
  • Minimum years of experience – 2-5 years’ work experience in relevant field
  • Certifications – Having a certification from a reputable institution will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years cognate Banking experience
  • Good knowledge of Banking
  • Finacle Administration
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of  Bank policy and best practices
  • UNIX skills
  • Reporting skills
  • Interpersonal skills

Job Title: Team Member, Enterprise Application Support

Location: Nigeria
Reporting Line: Team Lead, Enterprise Application Support

Responsibilities
Documentation of Enterprise architecture baseline:

  • Ensure proper documentation of Enterprise Application support process/procedures and Configuration items.
  • Ensure up-to-date procedures for both end-users and operators of these systems

Process Optimization:

  • Ensure timely understanding of any new software integration into company systems
  • Ensure preventative maintenance, including the installation of service packs, patches, hot fixes, anti-virus software is carried out as and when due.
  • Ensuring smooth running and availability of 99.99% Payment System Application 24 x 7 x 365

Project Delivery Effectiveness:

  • Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
  • Perform any project task as may be assigned by the Team Lead, Enterprise Application Support UBA Africa.
  • Accuracy of application Configuration to reduced errors resulting from inaccurate configuration of data
  • Take necessary and prompt corrective actions to ensure the achievement of set objectives

Issue Closure within TAT:

  • Ensure that support Issue raised by the business are resolved within the agreed TAT.
  • Ensure mitigation against future occurrences

Adhoc

  • Render periodic report for management decision making
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Unit Head, Other Banking App Support & Monitoring

KPIs:

  • Customer Satisfaction
  • IS Audit & Regulatory exceptions relating to IT Operations & Infrastructure
  • Internal Process
  • Service uptime
  • Closure of Issues within TAT

Qualifications

  • Minimum of  2-5 years’ work experience in a relevant field
  • Certifications; Having a certification from a reputable institution will be an added advantage
