(COP) position for an anticipated Feed the Future Rwanda Orora Wihaze
activitySustainable Food, Livestock, and Nutrition Activity. The objective of
this activity is to increase smallholder farmer incomes, improve the
nutritional status of Rwandan women and children, and increase the resilience
of the livestock and food system to the changing climate. The objective of the
Orora Wihaze activity is to sustainably increase the availability of, access
to, and consumption of animal source foods in order to improve the dietary
diversity scores of women of reproductive age (15-49 years), especially
pregnant and lactating women and children between the ages of 6-23 months in
poor rural households.

1) successful implementation of the project and achievement of results, on time
and within budget; 2) supervision, mentoring and development of local and
expatriate staff; 3) management of project workload including all financial,
planning, administrative compliance and reporting, and monitoring and
evaluation; and 4) representation of the project to the donor, relevant
Government institutions, community groups, NGOs, and potential private-sector
partners. The COP also identifies any issues and risks related to program
implementation in a timely manner.

Master’s level degree in livestock, environment, natural resource management, rural
