This is a warm desk but you must be pre
pared to work inline with our 2 Sydney
based BDM’s to bring on new opportunities.
Ideally;
You are working in a Recruitment Agency with at least 3 years of prior agency experience.
You have a passion for recruitment and the ability to build rapport with people
at all levels. You have a successful track record, complete with references, in
business development and permanent recruitment consultancy as well as an
understanding of a variety of industries. You thrive on a challenge and have
the ability to plan your day effectively. Most of all you are energetic and
passionate and not afraid of hard work!
You will need to demonstrate that you have the ability to grow the business and
have experience working a perm desk within a 360 degree role. You will also
enjoy and thrive on developing the more junior members of the team.
Your role will involve:
360 recruitment focusing on permanent placements
Generating leads
Procuring new business and leveraging off our existing
client base
Following up new business opportunities
Building relationships and account management
Your role will be varied, challenging and will offer you a high level of
autonomy.
