Location: Terrace, British Columbia
We are seeking a wonderful and hard-working intern (or couple) for the summer/fall, ideally starting early June (or asap) to the end of September. We are a market garden growing a wide variety of vegetables, with a focus on heirloom varieties. We sell to farmers markets, and restaurants.
Our 2-acre farm was started in 2009, and is transitioning to community communal gardening. We are located in the beautiful Skeena Valley and are known for our fishing and hiking. We are a new farm and still learning but we can offer a great experience with potential for specific projects of interest (seed saving, green manures, trials, etc).
Accommodation will be in a small converted apartment. A small bbq is available.
