projects in Australia, we currently have a position available for a Communications
Systems Engineering role to be based in QLD. This is a key position on the team
for a major project within this growing sector of the Defence market.

Our client is seeking candidates with significant experience in modern digital
communications systems including one or more of the following: EW, ATC, ATM, RF
Communications systems, CBRNE etc.

The Role:

  • The
    identification, understanding and analysis of Information and
    Communication Security stakeholder concerns
  • Identification,
    development, evaluation and recommendation of security architecture
    alternatives
  • Undertake
    architectural Definition, Specification, Design & Development, Review
    & Approval activities
  • Provide
    subject matter expert advice on tactical data distribution systems
  • Experience
    Required:
  • Tertiary
    qualifications in either Systems, Communications, Electronics, or
    Electrical Engineering
  • Experienced
    in voice communications systems (UHF, HF, VHF)
  • Experienced
    with ROIP and VOIP digital systems
  • Experience
    in systems architecture, design & development and test &
    evaluation
  • Must
    hold a current NV1 (Secret) security clearance
