We are seeking a talented Technical Lead to join our growing Business Services
team. You will be involved in tenders and proposals, assisting our existing
customer base and providing leadership and technical support to a team of
talented solution engineers.
Sound like your kind of role? You’ll just need some of the following:
- Experience
in a similar position in an enterprise class environment - Excellent
written and verbal communication skills - The
ability to write technical documentation and policies - A
strong customer focus to and the ability to meet with customers, gather
requirements, manage expectations and review deliverables - Knowledge
of IT and BI infrastructure, Microsoft SQL Server Integration and Wintel
concepts - Exposure
to Microsoft BI tools: SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and enterprise monitoring tools - Experience
with ITSM toolsets such as or similar to ServiceNow, HP Service Manager
and CA Service desk - An
interest in mentoring and developing junior technical staff - Experience
in an ITIL based environment
