Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely processing
of payroll & wages, preparing monthly management reports, relevant
documents for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF,
SOCSO, Income Tax etc - Perform HR transactional
activities including data entry, correspondence, reporting and record
keeping - Assisting in general
administrative duties - Assisting in specific Human
Resource duties - Others ad-hoc documentation for
new hire & resigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working
experience in payroll software computation and/or Administration in the
hospitality and/or F&B industry - Understanding of Employment Act
and statutory regulation (KWSP, Socso, Income Tax, HRDF) - Minimum SPM, STPM or Diploma in
Human Resource Management/Business Administration or any related field - Experience with full cycle payroll
processing in a high volume environment of at least 500+ headcounts or
more - Able to communicate fluently in
English & BM, knowledge of Chinese dialect would be an added advantage - Good computer skills i.e Microsoft
Excel and Words - Good interpersonal skills,
meticulous and tactful - Able to meet deadlines with right
sense of urgency - Preferable : CHINESE
