Required
Keypoint is
launching a broad-based commercial and residential property practice covering
sales, purchases, leasing, property development, and projects, based in Sydney.
We are looking for capable property lawyers who would be interested to
work with us on a part-time or project basis to enable us to flexibly resource
the firm’s property work.
The successful
candidates will:
- have a
minimum of 3 years’ experience (through to senior solicitor, senior
associate, and special counsel level) within the property practice of
a top or mid-tier firm; - have
strong technical legal skills and a good academic record; - be
reliable, professional and have a solid work ethic; - have
excellent communication skills and be good with clients.
The roles would suit
lawyers who are looking to work either part-time, on a contract basis for
specific projects, or to otherwise be available flexibly. The roles would not
be suitable for candidates looking for employment on a full time
basis.
