Responsibilities:
- Support
and coordinate departmental daily function to ensure smooth running of
operations. - Ensure
on time and accurate updating into ERP system to reflect up to date
inventory movement and inventory level. - To
participate and monitor stock count activity and works towards inventory
management objective determined by the company. - Liaise
with relevant internal parties to ensure internal requirement is
adequately supplied and fulfilled on timely basis. - Keeping
track on any rejections or shortage and follow up with respective
personnel. - To
maintain proper work procedure and control of records in compliance to ISO
requirement and company rules and regulation. - Timely
submission of inventory reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Possess
at least Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain / Business Management or
equivalent. - Required
languages(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. - High
level of integrity and self-discipline. - Initiative
and good communication skill. - Computer
literate. - Able
to work independently and meet targets. - Fresh
graduates are encouraged to apply.
