Better Care’s national objective of delivering in-home care for people who are
frail, aged, living with a disability or dementia – with compassion and
dignity.

Better Care’s national objective of delivering in-home care for people who are
frail, aged, living with a disability or dementia – with compassion and
dignity.
The role involves:
- Coordinating services to ensure the highest
quality of support in accordance with Just Better Care policies and
procedures - Ensuring quality standards are maintained at all
times, and that customers’ expectations are met or exceeded. - Utilising the Just Better Care system competently
and keeping data up to date at all times. - Completing reports as necessary.
- Forming and maintaining a professional
relationship with community support professionals. - Supporting community support professionals
through effective work allocation and rostering, clear communication and
building rapport to facilitate stability and long term retention of staff. - Forming and maintaining professional
relationships, based on reliability and accuracy, with each case manager
or coordinator that refers services, to ensure longevity of service
provision.

- Passion for delivering exceptional in-home care
Preferred:
- Previous service coordinating experience
- Industry knowledge
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment
- Nursing experience
This position is full time, Monday to
Friday, 38 hours per week. Additional after hours duties are required (at home)
on a rotational basis, one week per month.
