require a Retail Leasing Executive to join their VIC team.
With an extensive client based and a year full of exciting new opportunities
within its shopping centre portfolio, they have now created an opportunity for
a Retail Leasing Executive to join their team.
This position will be responsible for contributing to the leasing of several
neighbourhood shopping centres, homemaker centres, entertainment complexes and
large retail precincts. It is essential that candidates have a minimum 2
years retail leasing experience, which can be gained from either agency,
landlord or retailer.
Successful candidates will have strong negotiation skills and have an edge over
competitors because of tenacity, relationship and networking ability and a
proven track record. This is a fantastic opportunity to start work
