• Supervising
  and implementing for the class in accordance with the policies and
  philosophy of the school.
• Report
  on enrollment status monthly to Director.
• Gearing
  the program to the needs of the individual style and pace of learning.
• Oversee
  day-to-day education operations.
• Being
  responsible for the ordered arrangement, appearance and learning
  environment of the classroom.
• Promote
  continuing education.
• Review
  and make annual recommendations for which classes to offer and curriculum
  updates
• Ensure
  the preschool provides a high-quality care and education program
• Considering
  the individual child in relationship to his/her cultural and socioeconomic
  background.
• Treating
  each child with dignity and respect.
• Implementing
  methods for defectively utilizing the services of classroom assistants.
• Assist
  and/or acknowledge the annual budget, and provide monthly financial
  reports
• Other
  duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• BA
  from an accredited college or university, with courses in Early Childhood
  Education
• At
  least 2years experience in early childhood education and/or curriculum
  planning.

• Positive
  managerial, organizational, and administrative skills
• Able
  to propose projects, discuss with appropriate personnel and implement
  them.
• Basic
  knowledge and experience of Windows-based programs, such as Microsoft
  Office products (Word, Excel, etc)
• prepares
  a positive and an effective class environment that supports learning.
• Ability
  to establish and maintain positive working relationships with students,
  parents, guardians, colleagues, teacher’s assistants, and community.
• Strong
  verbal and written communication skills.
•  Ability
  to assess a situation and act quickly and efficiently.
• Ability
  to problem solve in a timely fashion.
•  Ability/willingness
  to mentor others as well as to learn from others.
• Being
  a Christian is more advantages.
