Qualification
• BSc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience.
• Must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license.
• Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of real estate market
• Good marketing and communication skills
2.) Estate Surveyor & Valuer
Qualification
• BSc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience
• Must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be computer literate.
• Good marketing and communication skills
• Professional qualification – ANIVS will be an added advantage
NB:
• For the Management Department, candidates must have experience in the management of commercial and residential properties.
• For the Agency Department, candidates must have flair for sales and letting of properties.
3.) Estate Officer
Qualification
• OND holder from a reputable institution in Nigeria
• Resident in Lagos.
• Good marketing and communication skills
