Job Description:
Develop new products ideas based on industry requirements to increase profitability of the business Manage end-to-end cycle of in-life Enterprise Solutions products and value propositions in conjunction with the Senior Manager ES In-Life Product and Service Management to meet revenue targets Develop product concept, product business plans, acquisition and retention campaigns to ensure product performs optimally and gains market share dominance Use market gap analysis and segmentation data to make decisions on the update and churn of in-life products and services Maintain in-life products and services within the distinct Enterprise Solutions brand and the master brand strategy managed by MTN Nigeria Marketing Group Manage product withdrawal; ensure that alternative solutions are available to customers, ensure that a migration path to alternative services is properly planned and that the changes are effectively communicated Ensure full integration of quality and revenue management processes within the in-life management of products and services Use relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress against targets perform sales, trend, and profitability analysis, analyze profit margins, return on investment (ROI), market share and value; Take appropriate managerial action to ensure targets are met or exceeded Manipulate large volumes of data to extract relevant information for measuring performance, monthly product reports and to support management decision making. Provide accurate revenue forecasts based on product trend and planned in-life initiatives for submission at Group and Board level Ensure full compliance with telecommunications license provisions, sector regulations and competition laws
Job Conditions: First degree in a numerate qualification; Economics, Finance, Statistics, Accounting, Engineering or any other related discipline Minimum of 8 years work experience in a similar a similar role would be preferable
