Job Vacancy in Singapore for a Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant – Times Software Pte

Responsibilities: To ensure prompt handling of incoming calls and forward to our Support Specialist,
To assist on forward standard e-mails reply to clients
Preparation of invoices for sales order, customer maintenance and other sales orders
To assist to Issue statement of accounts and chase payment from clients
Handling of all mails and couriers services arrangement for client orders
Provide update to Accounting systems for invoicing, payment and receipts
Updating to our maintenance tracking software for maintenance period upon receiving sales orders and renewal of software maintenance
Handle all customers’ query on account and maintenance
Any new assignments or duties assign to you from time to time

Requirements
Minimum Diploma/LCCI higher/”O” or “A” level or equivalent
Computer literate in MS Office
Possess pleasant and professional disposition
High initiative, independent and proactive
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
At least few years working experience in administration, accounting and secretarial functions.
Must be able to converse well in both English and Mandarin

Other Information:
Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm) – 5 days week
Working location: Sim Lim Tower (7 minutes walk from Bugis MRT)
