Responsibilities
Provide and generate sales admin support to Department and purchasing staffs
To coordinate pick-up and delivery of sales documents
Assist in coordination of delivery and admin duties
Other tasks assigned by managers
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative duties
Have good communication skills
Open to working alternate Saturdays
Advantage for those able to speak in local dialects but not must.
Malaysians are welcome to apply.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9 to 6pm
Alternate Saturday: 9 to 1 pm
