Well-established SGX listed leading Property Company with interest in investments, property development and lifestyle businesses seeks individual to join the organization as Admin Officer/Secretary!
Responsibilities
❧ Support Personal Assistant to Chairman in daily administrative and secretarial operation in Chairman’s Office.
❧ Arrange and coordinate on lunch appointments, parties/functions and meeting schedules
❧ Assist in managing Chairman’s dairies, handle travel & hotel arrangements; coordinate with chauffeur on Chairman’s schedule.
❧ Organize private or corporate parties/functions for Chairman, generate guest list.
❧ Handle calls and invitations, prepare and drafting of basic correspondence.
❧ Prepare and collate reports and materials for meetings.
❧ Assist in compilation of management reports from various departments
❧ Perform general administrative functions such as maintenance of filing system and updating of records.
Requirements
Cert in Secretarial or equivalent.
Min 1 yr of experience supporting PA or Top Management
Pleasant looking and ensure well-kept of personal grooming at all times.
Possess excellent communication skill in verbal and written form.
Possess positive working attitude and have a pleasant disposition.
Decent sense of office dressing
Good initiative and ability to multi-task
Good analytical skills, Meticulous and organise.
