RE-ADVERTISMENT FOR JOB VACANCY
The Rwanda Revenue Authority is seeking to recruit self-motivated and experienced person to fill the following post:Job title: Procurement Officer ( 1) The post is on Grade 4
Under the supervision of the Head of Procurement unit, the Procurement officer is responsible for requisition of stock and non-stock items and assisting the Head of Procurement,

Main duties and responsibilities
Receive and process requisition for stock and non-stock items,
Prepare purchase orders to suppliers
Receive and process suppliers’ invoices
Maintain and update the suppliers’ data bank
Prepare contracts for the supply of material or services to be signed by the RRA and the supplier.
Prepare confirmation letters
Assist the Procurement Head as needed.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for tenders and submit them to the head of procurement unit
Carry out filling of documents

Job Specification
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Procurement, Logistics, Management, Purchasing and supply.
Bachelor’s degree in Law plus courses related to procurement
Experience : One year experience in procurement. Skills – Communication skills – Organizational skills – Procurement procedures – MS Office, particularly Excel
