We are seeking a full time OfficeManager, preferably with experience.
Job Description
You will be required to work Monday to Friday 8.30 5.00pm
You’ll be the first point of contact
for the business, working with the other staff to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office.
Duties
Reception, Attend to incoming telephone calls, filing, processing orders, organisation of couriers, Data entry, accounts payable and receivables, Banking, purchase of office and general supplies and general administrative duties.
Skills required
Excellent communication skills both written and oral, ability to prioritise, multi task and adapt in busy times. Self motivated, highly organised, dependable and able to accept responsibility. Computer
literate with demonstrated advanced
knowledge in MS Office suite. MYOB knowledge would be an advantage but training will be provided if required.
Your own transport is essential.
