Customer Service Specialist
Key responsibilities include:
– Provide quality customer service to all inbound Customer Inquiries.
– Provide accurate information regarding potential new Bank west business opportunities.
– Up-sell and cross-sell Bank West products
– Solicit and process Investment requests
Experience & Qualifications
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Previous customer service and sales experience
– Previous experience in the Financial or Card Services industry is an asset
