Determine requirements for local sourcing for use in production and repair.
Obtain and review quotes from suppliers and place purchase orders for supplies, materials, equipment or services to support any department within the organization
Identify appropriate suppliers and send out requests for quotes. Evaluate and review quotes and select supplier based on pricing, delivery and quality of supplier. Establish credit with new suppliers and conduct supplier site visits as required.
Review requirements, negotiate terms and establish purchase orders to obtain cost savings and delivery advantages for the purchase of materials, goods or services required for continuing operations.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree with 2 years relevant supervisory/management working experience in similar environment
Electronics Engineering environment
Navision/ERP experience a bonus
Open and willing to work in East area (Tanah-Merah area)
