Site Engineer
(Pahang – Kuantan)

Responsibilities:
• To assist Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager / Site Manager in managing construction projects and in charge of full aspect of engineering requirements.
• To manage project and ensure all construction jobs are completed on time and to the specifications and standards required.
• To attend site meeting, prepare and monitor daily site diary, manpower chart and site progress report.
• To across check the incoming drawings, documents for discrepancy, prepare project quality plan, work program, method statements, shop drawings and resolve all engineering and technical issues.
• To manage subcontractors and liaise with clients/ consultants, prepare inspection schedules, arrange for necessary inspection, complete the inspection checklists and ensure all works are carried as per drawings and specifications.
• To review site safety plan, carries out inspections during construction, documents findings and implements recommendation for improvement.
• To handle and solve client’s complaints, and site logistic issues.
• To assist in the procurement process, helping to raise material requisition form, arrange for necessary resources and monitor material usage at site.
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instruction as relevant and required by the quality management system in order to strengthen the company’s position.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kuantan,Kemaman.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
