Currently an opportunity exists at our Foodpartners processing establishment based at Dinmore in Queensland for a highly experienced Smallgoods Factory Manager, Foodpartners is part of the Prepared Foods Division. Established in 1992 which specializes in the manufacture of value added meat based products for the Retail, Quick Service Restaurants, Food Service and Industrial markets.
Reporting to the General Manager, this position will have a strong focus on managing production costs, processing yields and ensuring all reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
On a daily basis you will be involved in leading and developing a strong team of people coupled with the ability to impart your specialist knowledge in relation to smallgoods’ technical processes and best practice manufacturing.
To be successful in this position you will have a minimum of 3 – 5 years in a similar role in the smallgoods industry and be fluent with all technical aspects of a small goods processing plant. The ability to utilise specialist technologies will be pivotal in ensuring a continuous improvement approach is taken to achieve operational efficiencies and a superior end product.
