We
currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Paralegal to join
our Legal Technology Support team, which sits within our Litigation Practice
Group. 
Reporting
directly into the LTS Manager and working within a talented team, the LTS
Paralegal will play an important

role in assisting with the management of
matter related documentation and ensuring key client contacts adhere to the
agreed document processing methodologies and protocols.

About
the role
This
role will provide you with a range of operational responsibilities including,
but not limited to:
  • Day-to-day processing
    of matter related documentation for key client contacts, in accordance
    with agreed protocols and within the budget and deadlines prescribed.
  • Assistance
    with electronic filing and management of internal documentation.
  • Regular
    and on-going maintenance of the integrity of hard copy documents and the
    provision of updates to the LTS Manager or LTS Senior Paralegal with the
    status of workflow completion.
  • Assisting
    with the management of bulk document deliveries.
  • Assisting
    with the preparation of document bundles and briefs.
  • Scanning
    and photocopying of documentation.
  • The
    provision of general, timely quality and professional paralegal assistance
    for LTS matters, as requested and at the discretion of the LTS Manager.
  • Other
    ad hoc duties and document-related support to Practice Groups, as required
    and at the request and discretion of the LTS Manager.
On
a professional level you will need to have:
  • Problem
    solving skills, with the ability to
    demonstrate logical thought processes and questioning skills;
  • strong
    client facing and customer service skills; 
  • a
    high standard of general IT knowledge, with advanced Word and Excel
    skills; 
  • excellent
    attention to detail; and
  • experience
    with discovery databases.
On
a personal level you will need to:
  • Be
    proactive, driven and energetic;
  • be
    decisive and able to communicate extremely well both verbally and in
    writing;
  • demonstrate
    the ability to interact professionally and handle multiple requests with a
    diverse group;
