This
role will provide you with a range of operational responsibilities including,
but not limited to:

- Day-to-day processing
of matter related documentation for key client contacts, in accordance
with agreed protocols and within the budget and deadlines prescribed. - Assistance
with electronic filing and management of internal documentation. - Regular
and on-going maintenance of the integrity of hard copy documents and the
provision of updates to the LTS Manager or LTS Senior Paralegal with the
status of workflow completion. - Assisting
with the management of bulk document deliveries. - Assisting
with the preparation of document bundles and briefs. - Scanning
and photocopying of documentation. - The
provision of general, timely quality and professional paralegal assistance
for LTS matters, as requested and at the discretion of the LTS Manager. - Other
ad hoc duties and document-related support to Practice Groups, as required
and at the request and discretion of the LTS Manager.
On

high standard of general IT knowledge, with advanced Word and Excel
