Job Vacancy: Service Advisor
Job Description
Key Tasks: the key tasks include but not limited to the following
• To serve as the first point of contact for customers requiring maintenance or repair works on their vehicles, trucks and equipments.
• Receive complaints from customers and direct them to the appropriate workshops for necessary action and do follow ups on the progress of the job.
• Manage the service reception, book vehicles in and out of the workshops as well as advising customers on the work required or progress made on their vehicles.
Required Skills or Experience
• Min. of HND Mechanical Engineering (Automobile Option)
• Min. of 3yrs experience in similar position
• Must have good customer relationship skills
• Must have a valid drivers’ license
