unit projects is looking to employ a Contracts Administrator. With a list of
repeat Subcontractors and strong relationships with Suppliers, this company
takes pride in the provision of a professional service, and the delivery of
high quality projects.  
About
the Role
Reporting
to the Project Manager, you will work on residential unit projects valued
between $2m to $20m. As a Contracts Administrator, you will manage contracts
and variations, assist in financial programming and budgeting, and prepare
scope of works, tender recommendations, and procurement schedules.
 
  
Skills
& Experience
  • Previous
    experience as a Contracts Administrator on residential units valued up to
    $15m
  • Previous
    experience using Buildsoft
  • Work
    well in a team focused working environment
  • Strong
    written and verbal communication skills
