About
the Role
the Role
You
will work as a Senior Structural Engineer and assist in the tender and design
management phases, along with the delivery of large-scale residential and
commercial developments. In this role you will be given the opportunity and
freedom to take control over your projects and play a part from start to
finish. You will be the main point of contact for the drafting team, overseeing
and approving final designs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and
adhere to government and industry standards. Utilising your existing
communication and business skills, you will provide technical advice to the
design engineers, and regularly liaise with Clients on project delivery. In
this position you will report to the Principle Engineer.

Duties
- Take
control of your own projects from start to finish - Coordinate
and manage the design team to oversee all final designs - Design
your projects using RAPT, ETABS and Strand7 software - Attend
Client meetings and liaise with stakeholders for project delivery - Train
and mentor junior staff
Skills
& Experience
& Experience
- Degree
qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering - Experience
working on high-rise residential or commercial projects - Proficient
with RAPT, ETABS, Strand7 and other related software - Strong
working knowledge of industry and government standards and processes - Strong
communication and business skills
