My client is currently seeking applications from motivated and enthusiastic candidates for the role of Project Specialist with Italian in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading global Internet company.
The scope of this role will include the following:
* Liaise with business groups to gather all Customer Service relevant information for new project initiatives.
* Identify areas of potential customer dissatisfaction with policy/process on new project initiatives and work with relevant teams to improve the customer experience before launch.
* Ensure communication within departments for new projects flows consistently and efficiently.
* Develop a comprehensive project plan for new project initiatives and ensure all tasks are completed on time for launch.
* Develop material that effectively communicates information to internal and external audiences.
* Adhere to grammar, style, voice and structure of established editorial standards.
* Write and edit customer-facing material (policies, email templates and Help pages).
* Write and edit internal-facing material (policy pages, announcement articles and job ads)
* Partner with Training and QA Specialists for new project initiatives when required.
* Address queries regarding policies and QA coaching/performance from a diverse audience.
Successful candidates will possess:
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience with web publishing and the ability to learn and adapt to new in-house systems quickly
* Excellent planning, organisational, communication and time management skills
* Ability to flex and switch from one focus to another depending on what is priority for the business or team at any particular time.
* Problem solving skills
* Fluent Italian and English (spoken, written and oral); additional EU languages are a bonus
* Excellent relationship building skills
* Previous experience in a Contact Centre environment
