Responsibilities and Job Scopes
• Administration and maintenance of the server to ensure day-to-day operations are not disrupted
• Co-ordinate purchase of IT related equipment and control IT related inventories
• Manage all IT assets (Hardware tracking and Licenses-Compliance)
• Support end users in windows platform desktops, laptops and the office network / IT peripherals
• Assist users and team members in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and system problems
• Provide on-site system and technical support to management and users in inland wide
• To work weekend and late hour as urgent required by Head of System & IT
• Any other duties as assigned by Head of System & IT
• Co-ordinate with outsource vendor/provider on IT matters
Qualification and Requirement
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology
• 3 – 5 years hands-on experience in maintenance and support of Windows Server, Desktop, Network and IT peripherals
• Experience in LAN, VPN and Firewall
• Good Working knowledge with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 Database
• Prefer experience in IT infrastructure planning and development
• Able to work multi-task independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Able to treat confidentiality for sensitive and internal information
• A good team player, proactive and highly motivated
• Good Communication Skills
• Full Time, Permanent Position, Male environment
• Able to start work immediately
