1. CALL CENTER AGENT
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
1. Must have completed 12 years of schooling ; and graduated with Diploma or
Degree.
2. Passionate about customer care
3. Willing to develop new skills
4. Flexible to work odd hours including night shift, weekends and public
holidays
5. Excellent communications skills in English, Kinyarwanda and French

2. FINANCE EXECUTIVE
MAIN TASKS
1. Keeps accounts/books up to date
2. Manages bank reconciliation
3. Checks all vendor payments against agreements
4. Prepares salary disbursement data
5. Prepares finance related MIS
6. Reconciliation of accounts and ledgers
7. Prepares for finance related audits
8. Ensures timely payment to employees, vendors and others
