The Isaac Region is spread across larger towns
of Clermont, Coppabella, Dysart, Glenden, Middlemount, Moranbah, Nebo and St
Lawrence and the smaller communities of Carmila, Clairview, Greenhill and
Ilbilbie. It also includes the Clark Creek, Kilcummin, Mackenzie River, Mistake
Creek and Valkyrie communities.

The Role:
Due to recent growth, an opportunity has become
available for a Learning and Development Officer to assist with the day to day
tasks associated with the training and development of all employees.

This role is varied and challenging and is
responsible for the identification and implementation of all training programs
for the
organisation. You will work collaboratively with the L&D team to ensure the
delivery of training requirements support the Business Excellence Framework for
continuous improvement.

You will provide the delivery, implementation and
coordination of all company-wide inductions & establish training plans to
target competency requirements based on training needs analysis. This role will
also provide assistance with developing and delivery of national training
initiatives, review & evaluate training course quality and effectiveness to
ensure training outcomes are achieved.

To be successful in this role it is essential that

have demonstrated experience of the Australian Apprenticeship and Traineeship

An attractive salary will be negotiated with the
successful applicant. This package will include five weeks annual leave,
leave loading, flexible working conditions including a 19 day month, laptop
computer and additional superannuation benefits.
