natural disasters and climate-related threats in Ngororero District
,the
IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested
Bidders to submit “Bid” for the Supply of Business Start-Up Kits For Skills
Training Graduates
. This tender is divided into seven Lots as follows;

A
complete set of bidding documents is available for issuance to interested
bidders at IOM Rwanda office premises located in Gasabo District, Kimihurura
Sector, Rugando Cell ,Gasasa village , KG 632 St
on Monday 8th
May to Friday 12th  May 2017
between 0900hrs and
1700hrs
(with an exception of one hour lunch break between 1300hrs –
1400hrs);
Bids
shall be valid for a period of forty five calendar days (45 cd) after
submission of bids and shall be delivered to the BEAC at IOM Rwanda office
premises, not later than Thursday 31stMay 2017 at 1700hrs.
Late
bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened at IOM Rwanda’s office premises on 1st
June 2017 at 0900hra.m
in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend (Note:
bid opening date is different from submission date)
IOM
reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement
process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of contract, without
obligation to inform the affected bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
