Job description:
Provide administrative support to the department
Handling email correspondences
Checking of documents to ensure accuracy
Simple bank reconciliations duties
Updating records and coordinate meetings schedules
Generate monthly statistics and quarterly reports when needed
Attending to enquiries
Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/ ‘A’ Levels and above
Internship in Banks/Financial institution or administrative experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Meticulous and good team player
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Must be able to start work immediately or within a short notice
Singaporeans or Singapore PR only
