The Partners are now seeking a mid-level lawyer to step into a client facing advisory role, with exposure to a range of high level SME/HNW clients across tax and commercial law.
As a key member of this Tax Advisory practice, you will provide taxation and related commercial advice across:
• income tax
• CGT
• stamp duty
• small business tax concessions
• superannuation
• trusts and business structuring
• high profile estate and succession planning
• international tax
• property, corporate and commercial transactions (with a tax focus)
The firm’s client base ranges from smaller ASX listed companies, through to very high net worth individuals and SMEs.
This role will provide a driven lawyer with the opportunity to join an established and well regarded team, and to progress your career ahead of your peers, fast tracking to Senior Associate.
