An excellent opportunity currently exists for a very organised high level Administration Officer who has strong and highly developed administration experience within a busy office environment with an accounts focus.
This position is not for the faint hearted, and requires someone that can work in a fast paced environment whilst juggling conflicting deadlines.
Some of the Key Responsibilities of this role will be:
• Accounts Receivables;
• Accounts Payables;
• New Account Enquiries;
• Import Documentation;
• General Administration duties
To be successful in this role you will possess:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role;
• Previous Accounts Payables or Accounts Receivables experience;
• Proven experience working in a fast paced environment;
• Experience in import documentation advantageous;
• Superior verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to prioritise your workload whilst managing conflicting deadlines ;
• Previous experience using an ERP system;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
This role requires a strong administrator who is exceptionally organised and is highly motivated to do their best, as this role is key to the success of the branch.
