The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the effectiveness and impact of the project’s efforts towards the
achievement of the outcomes, as well as technical assistance from Interact Worldwide. It will also highlight areas to improve the effectiveness in future programme design and implementation and recommend ways for the impact to be sustained.
It is anticipated that the assignment will last approximately 1 month (up to 25 working days), including time for preparation; field work; writing; feedback; and finalization. It must be completed by 30th June 2012 (Grant condition). The evaluation visits should take place during mid May 2012.

• Your understanding of the issues to be addressed
• The objective of the project and the review
• Details of the proposed methodology
• Expected composition of the Consultant/Evaluation team
• Timetable of activities
• A description of measurable products, outcomes and benefits of the final evaluation
• A description of the fee schedule, including a schedule of person-days and how proposed fees for the evaluation have been calculated.
