The structured questionnaire was the instrument for
collection of data in the study. It was designed to elicit responses by asking
the respondents to tick their options. The questionnaire was divided into two
sections; A and B. Section A contained the bio-data of the respondents while
section B contained set of related questions that elicit responses from respondents.
The Likert scale format of Agreed (A), Strongly Agreed (SA), Disagreed (D) and
Strongly Disagreed (SD) was used for the study.
