The instrument for data collection in this work was
structured questionnaire and oral interview. The questionnaire consist of two parts,
section A and B. Section A contain the introductory letter, and personal data
of the respondents that is necessary for the research study, while section B contain Questions that the respondents will
respond to for research to obtain practical valuable information. The interview
method involves the researcher using the Questionnaire to interview the
respondents for the purpose of achieving best result.
