The role & responsibilities:
• Analyse reporting and planning requirements
• Design, develop, & implement SSRS/SSAS, Cognos or TM1 solutions
• Establish & maintain client relationships
• Document and apply best practices
• Define technical infrastructure
• Evaluate sizing & performance of Cognos TM1 solutions
• Installation & configuration
The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum 2 years development with Cognos or TM1
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence
• Experience in full requirement gathering & functional scoping
• Advanced knowledge of databases, SQL Server, SSRS,SSAS
• Cube design and build skills.
• Cognos report development capability.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting as practiced in larger companies and government organisations preferred
• Relevant academic qualifications
To be successful for this fantastic opportunity you must have:
