Job description:
A pre sales client facing role working closely with the Implementation and project teams this will see you as technical subject matter expert and an invaluable resource to your clients. It requires an exceptional candidate who is able to work seamlessly across all aspects of an opportunity.
Primary responsibilities include:
Consult on client projects to provide consulting and advisory subject matter expertise in MDM, including single view of customer, product strategy and meta-data strategy consulting . You may be engaged throughout any phase of the project implementation to work on proof of concepts, design, develop, build, and implementation.
You will be involved in hands-on work whilst providing in-depth understanding of strategies, business case development, products, offerings and services within your specialty area, Master Data Management.
Your background and experience:
Minimum of 8 years experience in the advisory and consulting roles focused on Master Data Management strategies and solutions.
Track record of working at the most senior levels within large corporations to develop, communicate and present compelling MDM strategies and solutions.
Skills and experience across a number of the following areas:
• Meta-data advisory, consulting, strategy and solution delivery expertise expertise
• MDM (single view of customer) advisory, consulting, strategy and solution delivery expertise
• Data warehousing design and development
• Customer data integration and product information management
A background in the implementation of MDM in a complex information environment
A practical knowledge of MDM tools such as:
• Infosphere
• Informatica
• BM MDM product suite
• Oracle MDM suite
• SAP MDM suite
Strong business focus and the knowledge and experience to influence and advise senior management team
Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills
Tertiary Education in IT related field
