IPA Summary
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for Field Staff
positions (Field Supervisors, Team Leaders, Auditors, Mobilizers and
Surveyors) to work on the Ariku farms project. Ariku farms is situated in the
Bawku west and Binduri districts of the Upper East region. Qualified candidates
will be recruited to work on the Plot Measurement component of the Ariku Farms
Project.

- Monitor/supervise
field teams assigned to him/her. - Properly
execute his duty as a Field Supervisor. - Should report
to the Field Manager of Ariku Project. - Adhere to all
IPA survey and data protocols; - Perform other

Surveyors
- Measure plots
of land own by respondents in our sample with the help of GPS devices. - Properly
execute his duty as a Surveyor. - Should report
to the Team Leader of Ariku Project. - Adhere to all
IPA survey and data protocols; - Perform other
Duties related to the project that may be assigned to him/her; - Be responsible
for maintaining good relations with IPA, its employees, partner
organizations and project participants.
Team Leaders
- Monitor and
supervise surveyors in their duty as plots measurement enumerators. - Properly
execute his duty as a Team Leader. - Should report
to the Field Supervisor of Ariku Project. - Adhere to all
IPA survey and data protocols; - Perform other

Auditors
- Re-visit
households that surveyors has visited to do sample checks on surveyors
work. - Properly
execute his duty as an Auditor. - Should report
to the Team Leader of Ariku Project. - Adhere to all
IPA survey and data protocols; - Perform other

Mobilizers
- Book
appointments with respondents so that surveyors can get the respondents
for the data collection. - Properly
execute his duty as a Mobilizer. - Should report
to the Team Leader of Ariku Project. - Adhere to all
IPA survey and data protocols; - Perform other

Required Skills or Experience
Applicants
should;

- UNDERSTAND
AND SPEAKS KUSAAL - Should be very
fluent in English. - Excellent
translation skills. - Must have an
HND, first degree or its equivalent from a reputable institution with at
least one year field/data collection experience; - Should be
familiar with Computer/android phone Assisted Interviews or keen to learn; - Knowledge of
how to use GPS is an added advantage. - Must be
willing to stay and work in Bawku and its surroundings for at least two
months
