INDEGO AFRICA PRODUCTION MANAGER POSITION OPENING
Position Title: RWANDA PRODUCTION MANAGER
Position Description: The Production Manager works 40 hours/week for a minimum commitment of two (2) years will overseeall design and production operations, including QC and sourcing raw materials, in Rwanda and communicate with the U.S. The Rwanda Production Operations Manager will be supervised by the Country Director in Rwanda and the Creative Director and CEO in the U.S.
Skills and Education:
• Young professional focusing on design, international development, business, Africa studies, and/or social entrepreneurship with excellent grades.
• At least two years of work experience in a professional environment.
• A valid driver´s permit and a history of responsible driving.
• Excellent computer skills including usage of the Microsoft Office suite and Skype (required).
• Fluent English (required); French, Kinyarwanda, and/or Kiswahili language skills (preferred).
• Excellent eyesight and the ability to lift twenty (20) pound boxes.
• Expected to have independent access to a computer.
